PERFORMANCE IN THE “VI CITA COA HISTORIA”, AS PONTES 2019

In the VI cita coa Historia (VI Meeting with History) in As Pontes, Fran Amil appeared between the fog and the lights to offer her lively version of the rosalian verses of the poem Negra Sombra. An unprecedented download of funky and fusion with Celtic airs that left more than one amazed.

Admittedly, an extraordinary band helped a lot with Gueorgui Oganesian’s tenor sax, Miguel Vázquez snoring on bagpipes and soprano sax, Ángeles Dorrio with his powerful and warm voice in the backing vocals, Bernardo Pita on electric guitar, Miguel Paz beating masterfully on the drums and Antón Torroncho holding this mesh machine on the bass that covers the voice and the stellar presence of Fran Amil.

As Pontes, a good square to fill the night with verses and enchanting music.
